Abstract:
Supply chain capacity gap analysis refers to the process through which actual capacity of the
supply chain system is assessed and the gaps identified to improve its performance. Gap analysis
is the basis for designing, developing and implementing interventions to strengthen the supply
chain system at all levels. This activity is the entry point for all other supply chain system
strengthening activities of the Agency
