Background: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a psychiatric condition that can develop when someone encounters or observes an incident where they feel that their bodily integrity or safety is under danger and feel terrified, powerless, or afraid. The aim of this study is to assess the prevalence and associated factors of PTSD among three war affected areas of Ethiopia.
