dc.description.abstract Pityriasis Rosea is an acute self-limiting papulosquamous skin disorder commonly observed in otherwise healthy children and young adult. In 15–90% of cases, typical PR begins with a medallion-like erythematous plaque, called a herald patch,followed by a secondary eruption consisting of smaller scaly papulosquamous lesions on the cleavage lines of the trunk, These secondary lesions take the shape of a Christmas tree when they are arranged along the Langer’s lines on the back it appears in crops at intervals of a few days and reaches its maximum in about 2 weeks en_US
