Abstract:
Emotional intelligence skills have been related with perceived patient satisfaction and emotional Intelligence skills of nurses. Nursing professional increase by emotional skill was explored and application of emotional intelligence ideas will be applied to the career of nursing. In Ethiopia there is scarcity of oncology nurses this led to higher load which can purpose burnout in the nurse that remain. Due to expertise hole on the working surroundings decrease their perception on affected person delight directly influence nurses’ performances and retention.
